Holiday Pumpkin Mousse

Do make this simple and swanky bite-size Thanksgiving treat so you and your party guests can have a cocktail in the other hand, preferably Prosecco or Champagne :)

 

What to get
8 oz Whipped Cream Cheese
1 jar Holiday Pumpkin Spread
1T Vanilla Extract
1 Pkg Annas Sweedish Ginger Thins


How to make
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, pumpkin spread and extract. Mix with hand blender until smooth and creamy. For best results, refrigerate mixture before serving.


How to Enjoy
Arrange ginger thins on a serving platter and spoon a dollop of mousse on each thin.  Enjoy with your favorite festive wine: Champagne, Prosecco or Savingon Blanc
